Capital Campaign

From time to time, Friends School conducts a Capital Campaign to raise significant funds for Endowment, construction, and campus development. All constituencies are asked to provide voluntary support, above and beyond their Annual Fund gifts.

In recent years, the generosity of the Friends School community has provided major renovations and additions to the Pre-Primary and Lower School buildings, athletic fields, the addition of the Upper School music wing and a major technology upgrade. Capital gifts to the Endowment Fund generate critical financial assistance for qualified students and provide additional funds for faculty enrichment.

The School recently completed its most ambitious Capital Campaign to date, raising over $9.25 million to build two critical facilities: a fully renovated and expanded Mathematics / Science Center and a new Middle School. In addition the Campaign enabled Friends to create new playing fields on the School’s 34 acre campus.
