About the Play:

The Hills of California is the critically acclaimed play by internationally renowned Tony Award-winning playwright Jez Butterworth. The Hills of California tells the tender and savagely funny tale of the four Webb sisters' homecoming to the seaside guest house where they grew up as their mother is dying. As girls, they were trained for a singing career by their force-of-nature mother, Veronica Webb. Now adults, the sisters must confront the choices their mother made, the nostalgic call of youthful experiences, and the unbreakable bonds of family.

Please note: this play includes themes of an adult and sensitive nature and contains adult language and may not be suitable for all ages.
