2025 National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists and Commended Scholars
Congratulations to our National Merit® Scholarship Semifinalists and Commended Scholars!
The National Merit Scholarship is a program that recognizes and honors academically talented high school students in the United States. To enter, students must take the PSAT/NMSQT in their junior year of high school and meet other NMSC eligibility requirements. Approximately 1.5 million high school students enter the program each year, and of those, 50,000 (3.3%) were named Commended Scholars, and 16,000 (1%) were named Semifinalists this year.
