Facility Rentals Inquiry

Friends School of Baltimore makes its campus available for community events and activities such as athletic practices/games, concerts, lectures, and meetings when not in use for school events. In general, the School has determined that our spaces are not ideally suited for personal events such as weddings, funerals, memorial services, or birthday parties. Please complete the form below to tell us about the event you are planning and Auxiliary Enterprises personnel will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Safety Protocols will be shared with rental groups after your submission has been reviewed.

This form is not a contract or use agreement. Your requested dates are not reserved or guaranteed until a completed contract and all supplemental forms, including the Certificate of Insurance, have been received and accepted by Friends School of Baltimore.
