Friends School Basketball Clinic

August 5-9, 2024, 5:30 - 8:00 pm

Where: Friends School of Baltimore's Gym
Who: Girls and Boys Ages 7-14
Coach: Lou Miguel

Details of the week: The Friends School Basketball Clinic's mission is to get girls and boys to fall in love with basketball, while learning the basic fundamentals the right way.

Friends School Max Out Soccer Clinic

August 5-9, 2024, 5:30 - 8:00 pm

Where: Friends School of Baltimore's Turf Fields
Who: Girls Ages 14–18
Coaches: Marcela Robinson, Nora Howard, Katie Capizzi

Details of the week: Further your skills and grow your game both physically and mentally at this week-long clinic with Friends School's soccer coaches!
Please bring water, cleats, and shin guards.

Requirements: At least one year of competitive soccer

First Look @ Friends

During these open house events, you will hear from faculty and administrators about our curriculum and culture, tour our campus and classrooms, and engage with a student panel to learn more about why we love Friends. Each event will take place between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. Click on the dates below to register.

We invite you to see our campus in action! Please join us for a one-hour divisional tour. All tours start at 10:00 a.m. from the Office of Admission.
Advance registration is recommended, however, walk-ins are welcome.*

Binoculars, Birds, and Bugs at Friends

Coming Fall 2024

Calling all nature explorers!  Please join us for a fun-filled morning at Friends School as we explore our native gardens, fields, and stream.  Meet our Lower School science teacher, and we’ll provide the binoculars while we search for insects, identify plants and flowers, and explore nature on our beautiful campus!

In The Middle @ Friends

Coming Fall 2024

Prospective families are invited to join Friends School of Baltimore’s Middle School faculty for a super fun and interactive morning of STEAM experiments, design projects, and sweet fall treats. Come see how YOU can put your voice to work in our classrooms and beyond!

This event is reserved for prospective students currently in Grades 5-7 and their families only.

Real Talk @ Friends

Coming Fall 2024

Real Talk @ Friends is an evening for prospective BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) families to engage in conversation and refreshments with current BIPOC students, parents, faculty, and alumni of Friends.  The program will include a brief student panel moderated by an alum, as well as allow time for prospective families to speak directly with members of our community about their experiences at Friends.

Visit Days for Applicants

For all applicants to Grades 2-12, we would love to have you join us for a Shadow Day. Shadow Days can be scheduled upon completion of an admission application. Once we have received your application, we will contact you to schedule a day that works for you!

Merit Scholarship Application: December 1, 2023
Financial Assistance Application: December 1, 2023
Admission Notification Date: February 15, 2024
Response Due Date: March 1, 2024

Deadlines for the 2025-2026 will be posted this summer.

Applications for admission received after December 15 will be considered on a rolling admission basis. We cannot accept late applications for merit scholarships.
