First Look at Friends
Discover what makes a Friends education distinctive. During these open house events, you will hear from school leaders, faculty, and students about our educational philosophy, academic program, Quaker values, and community; tour our campus and learning spaces; and hear directly from a student panel about the Friends experience.

Binoculars, Birds, and Bugs!
Calling all nature explorers! Please join us for a fun-filled morning at Friends School as we explore our native gardens, fields, and stream. Meet our Lower School science teacher, and we'll provide the binoculars while we search for insects, identify plants and flowers, and explore nature on our beautiful campus!
Please note that this event is for prospective pre-kingergarten, kindergarten, and first grade families only.

Tuition Assistance Webinar
Join Friends School's Director of Enrollment Management and Chief Financial & Operating Officer for an informative online session about our tuition assistance program. This webinar will provide families with a clear overview of our policies and application process, while also addressing common questions about affordability and access.
Following the webinar presentation, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to our team. This session is not required, but we encourage prospective families to attend and learn more about how Friends School works to makes our exceptional PK-12 education accessible to students from diverse backgrounds.

Applicant Shadow Days
Following your child's application to Friends School, applicants to grades 2-12 will schedule a Shadow Day, where the applicant will spend a day visiting classes with a Friends student host. This step is required for applicants upon completion of the admission application.
Once you have an online account through our myFriends portal, you will be able to schedule the Shadow Day, as well at the Parent/Caregiver Interview, online.
If you are scheduling more than one child, need to reschedule a visit, or prefer to schedule by phone, please call the Admission Office at 410-649-3308.
