Night Out With Friends
Our 2024 Night Out With Friends was held off campus at Whitehall Mill. Through ticket sales, direct donations, sponsorships, and a robust silent auction, the FSPA raised $25,000 to support the School’s Wish List.
This annual, adult-only event is the FSPA’s signature, springtime gathering and fundraiser. It typically takes place in April and has a different venue and theme each year. Night Out With Friends gives parents/caregivers, faculty, staff, and alumni an opportunity to enjoy an evening of food, beverages, music, and fun. Some years include an auction that never fails to be entertaining. This event is more than a great evening out – it’s a great way to support our school because all funds raised go to fund the school’s Wish List!
Volunteers are needed to help plan every aspect of the event. Help brainstorm new event themes; research off-site locations; select entertainment, food, and beverage options; solicit exciting one-of-a-kind items for the auctions or solicit sponsorships to help fund the event. Help with demand generation through carpool handouts and spreading the word at concerts, athletics games and on social media.
If you only have an hour or two, and would like to help out on the day or night of the event, you can volunteer to check in guests, set up or clean up, or manage the auction.
This year’s event will take place on Saturday, April 05, 2025 on campus.
