Parents Association
Supporting the Friends community
The Friends School Parents Association (FSPA) is a vibrant and inclusive organization committed to enhancing children's lives and fostering community spirit by encouraging parents, caregivers, and family members to engage in school activities. All parents and caregivers of Friends School students are automatically members of the FSPA, and we invite you to participate actively. Your precious gift of time is what allows the Parents Association to meet our objectives.
The FSPA endorses a variety of programs and resources that contribute to and enrich the student experience. Previous efforts have included acquiring band and orchestra instruments for the Lower School, makerspace resources for the Middle School, and a robotics kit and woodworking lathe for the Upper School. Since 2021, all proceeds from our spring fundraiser have been allocated to fulfilling items on the School’s Wish List.
Your involvement as a community member is greatly valued, and your dues significantly aid our endeavors. Volunteers are essential and always needed. There are numerous ways to get involved. The FSPA provides a mix of in-person and virtual activities. Regardless of the talents or skills parents/caregivers wish to offer, there is a role for everyone within the FSPA, whether it's serving on a committee, assisting in the classroom or library, undertaking projects from home, or helping plan and volunteer at events.
We look forward to seeing you on campus!
