Senior Family Giving

The Senior Family Gift

The Senior Family Gift effort creates a legacy for seniors and their families – one that benefits the entire Friends community and supports the School’s priorities. Established in 1989, this special gift embodies the spirit of two Quaker Testimonies - Stewardship and Community - and serves as the culminating fundraising activity of students and their families before graduating from Friends School.

A committee of seniors, along with parents and caregivers, actively fundraise throughout the year to meet their goal. Their gift may be directed in several ways:

  • The Fund For Friends - a portion of the gift always supports the School’s #1 fundraising priority.
  • Special Project - Chosen from a list of priorities determined by School leadership, the Class may also choose to support the growth of an endowed fund or capital enhancement project.

For more information about the current Senior Class Gift effort, please reach out to the Development Office.
