Transformational Giving

Transformational gifts represent a deep commitment to Friends, and through a significant financial investment, demonstrate a shared belief in the School's mission. We seek partnership to grow resources that support student scholarships, enhance our  teaching and learning resources for faculty, as well as strengthen programs across the 3 A’s - Academics, the Arts and Athletics.

Gifts to support these areas may be directed in a number of ways:

Growing the Endowment

Friends’ endowment works hand in hand with The Fund for Friends, providing a steady stream of foundational financial support for the School. Through gifts and careful investment, the School’s endowment is currently valued at $42 Million, generating roughly $1.5 Million per year. An endowed fund is forever - ensuring stable income that the School can count on in perpetuity.

High Impact Funds

Gifts to current use funds may be contributed as one time gifts or multi-year commitments to the School. The gift provides vital resources in the year that it is given or the year following, per the agreement with the donor. Gifts such as these often allow the School to innovate or leverage unexpected opportunities.

Capital Enhancements

Our students and faculty thrive on our beautiful 35 acre campus, and philanthropic partnership plays a pivotal role in enhancing our buildings and grounds. Investing with us to build new or renovate existing facilities, and renew or develop outdoor spaces ensures that our physical environment supports the excellence demonstrated by our students and faculty every day.
