A graduate of Catholic University of America (BS) and Notre Dame of Maryland (MS), Kara has been coaching and playing soccer for over 20 years. Before joining Friends as the Varsity Assistant Coach, Kara coached for the Pipeline Soccer Club since 2015, where she sits on the board of directors. Her role on the board is to aid in making decisions regarding new coaches, recruitment of potential players, logistics and organization of tournaments and practice sessions/locations, as well as new field development plans. We congratulate Kara on her new role and are very happy she will remain in the Quaker family.
