Girls JV Lacrosse defeats St. John's Catholic Prep, 11-2

The Girls J.V. Lacrosse team traveled to St. John’s Catholic Prep on Weds., April 6, where they defeated the Vikings, 11-2. Tess Baroody ’19 led the offense with 5 goals followed by Lindsey Mosmiller ’19 with 3 goals and 4 assists, Alanni Thomas ’19 and Lily Angelone ‘19, who combined for 3 goals, and Bria Randolph ’19 with 2 assists. Grace Deller ‘19, Allie Burrows ’17 and Sam Briggs ‘17. played outstanding defense in the eight-meter, coming up with great double-teams. Goalie Sydney Wilson ’18 recorded 7 saves, with great ball clearing, and Hailey Sellman ’17 contributed within the midfield by distributing balls to the low attack players. This win brings the Quakers' record to 2-1. Come out and support the team on Weds., April 13 when they take on St. Tim’s for a 4 pm home game.
